      Hi all

      My great grandfather Frederick Leslie Paternoster was in 1st Kings Dragoon Guards he was in army from 1934 to 1946 he was in 7th Queens Own Hussars upon enlisting but went over to KDG in late 1935 and stayed in that regiment until leaving army.

      I have quite a bit of information about him in army he’s mentioned in war diary twice in 1944 he spent most of his time in Italy on horseback patrolling for Germans I have his medals framed on wall.

      <p style=”text-align: left;”>Whilst in Italy he was in B Squadron, Horse Troop and also went to Greece and finished war there there’s photos of him in Greece at Imperial War Museum.</p>
